A health teacher from Anugraha Organization® looks deep down into you and take care of our health related issues and gives report daily for a backup team of doctors to be available on time. Also motivates students to take part in daily yoga and games and mental well being. Oral hygiene is the practice of keeping one’s mouth clean and free of disease and other problems by regular brushing of the teeth and cleaning between the teeth.
Malnutrition occurs when the body doesn’t get enough nutrients. Causes include a poor diet, digestive conditions or another disease. Symptoms are fatigue, dizziness and weight loss.
Anugraha Organization is for School and College goes in Vellore district and was initiated to address non-communicable health problems like obesity, metabolic syndrome .

Proper nutrition and quality primary healthcare are essential for a physical, mental and cognitive development. Timely, regular and adequate intake of essential nutrition is necessary from the time of conception itself to avoid long-term and in some cases, irreversible damage to the health.
We believe that no child should suffer from malnutrition or poor health irrespective of their socio-economic background.
Our health and nutrition programs adopt a preventative and responsive approach towards reducing malnourishment as well as India’s infant mortality rate (IMR), child mortality rate (CMR) and maternal mortality rate (MMR) by connecting communities to government services, schemes and benefits.

As part of the campaign, Anugraha will conduct a survey among girls within its intervention areas to assess their levels of understanding, knowledge, attitude, and practice when it comes to managing menstrual health and hygiene, and to learn the myths, misconceptions and restrictions practiced by girls and women’s

“Anugraha’s Dignity Kit” contains 90 pads, undergarments, hand washing soap, detergent soap, towel and a cloth bag. The kit ensures that girls are provided with free of cost sanitary pads for entire year for needy girls and women’s in rural, .
To help underprivileged girls from economically weaker families to maintain menstrual hygiene, a group of young medical students in coordination with Anugraha Organization have started distribution of unique “Anugraha’s Dignity Kits” in schools —under the project ‘One Million’sanitary Pad Campaign.

Anugraha Organisation believes that women’s empowerment is a process of reflection and action aimed at raising self-esteem, confidence and consciousness, enabling them to access their entitlements and to improve the health and quality of life.
Anugraha Organisation recognizes the health, nutrition and other developmental needs of children, young people and women at the critical stages of life viz. children (0-10 years) adolescents and young people (11-24 years).

The silence around periods can kill a girl’s potential.
Spread the word and break the silence
From an early age, girls learn to live with the pain and fear and seldom seek help when in physical or mental discomfort due to periods – thanks to the air of embarrassment surrounding the topic. The silence, exclusion, teasing and shaming affect the girls’ psychological and physical development and hinder their potential big time. The lack of access to basic hygiene facilities and awareness leads to increased dropouts. Girls are often pushed into marriage at an early age once they drop out of school, leading to permanent loss of potential. To help our girls live freely and chase their dreams, we need to end period shame and have open conversations about menstruation.
We are conducting somany awareness about menstrual health and hygiene management program and free distribution of sanitary pads for the needy girls and women in various schools colleges Aanganawadi kendras grampanchayat Level slum and rural areas Anugraha dignity kit. (contains 72 sanitary pads for one year, and 4 inner garments 4 hand napkins 5 detergent bars 5 bathing soap ) for needy girls and women’s.
We have distributed more than 1 Million pads were Distributed to the rural womens and girls.
